Values
Our values apply to each and every one of us, regardless of our position or number of years at HiLASE. The very definition of values helps us make sure that when someone comes to us for our HiLASE culture, we mean the same thing.
FREEDOM
At HiLASE, I have the freedom to find my own paths, bring new ideas and improvements – what matters are the results that move me and all of us forward as a whole.
- I have the opportunity to come up with new ideas, projects, and process improvements – my activity moves me and HiLASE as a whole forward
- I treat my freedom with respect to others
- I am moving towards a common goal that is in line with the vision and strategy, but I can find my own ways of doing so
- It does not matter so much how many hours and where I spend my working hours – what matters is the results of the work, what value they add to HiLASE and to me personally
RESPONSIBILITY
At HiLASE, I take responsibility – I keep promises, respect others, and solve problems with commitment and honesty.
- I keep promises, and deadlines and do not waste other people’s time, we trust each other
- I care and understand where we’re going
- I can admit my own mistakes and try to fix them
- I am responsible for the consequences of my behavior
- I do my work well and with maximum commitment
- I do not turn a blind eye to problems and try to solve them proactively
COOPERATION
At HiLASE, we collaborate with respect and openness, share information and experience, look for solutions instead of excuses, support one another, and give honest feedback.
- We know how to listen to each other and respect each other’s point of view, seeking the best common path
