As is the case in other companies, we have our faults and weaknesses. And we know about them. But the good thing is that we don’t avoid them. On the contrary, instead of glossing over them, we can talk openly about them and continuously invest in their improvement. Sometimes we just don’t agree, sometimes we take a long time to find a solution, and sometimes we just have to accept something. It is fair to know about these weaknesses in advance, so we want to point out some of them to you in the form of direct quotes from our employees, which we obtained from regular anonymous surveys.
